During this discovery period, we will work collaboratively with the project lead to solidify survey content and determine who will be involved as key stakeholders in the process. We will conduct a comprehensive research period in preparation for the Strategic Planning Workshop, which includes key stakeholder interviews, full staff assessments, client/customer surveys and insights, a competitive analysis, a SWOT analysis, business analysis, and comprehensive industry research.

Strategic Planning Workshop
Our Strategic Planning Workshop brings together all key stakeholders to review and assess the Brand Audit results, evaluating where your company has been, where you are currently, and where you want to go. We will help you firm up your Mission, Vision, and Values, aligning all strategic goals and objectives to support them. We will outline the core objectives of the organization for the next 5 years and begin to dial in on the annual goals required to achieve them.
Digital Dashboard
With the outcomes from the workshop finalized, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to your organization's strategic goals and objectives, we will create a digital dashboard to house your strategic plan. It is critical that the strategic plan remains a living document for your team to benchmark from and adjust moving forward. This dashboard provides a snapshot of your organization's performance in real-time and helps key stakeholders track progress towards achieving all strategic objectives.
